Self Defence Workshop for Women Saturday 29 August 2009 10am – 4pm

Where: The Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Centenary Room,180 Longueville Road, Lane Cove

What: A Self Defence Workshop for women of all ages led by Penny Gulliver, a highly experienced instructor of self defence. Learn some practical defence strategies in a relaxed and supportive environment. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
